If I had the coin for that place I'd sure buy the adjacent bare land for other "fun" purposes.
 
nah...i'd rather have a one level home, lots of acres for an outdoor range, and maybe an underground indoor range.

and lots of fencing, like all around the property, 20' tall, electrified, with razor wire.

and guard towers at all 4 corners and inbetween.

and maybe a surface to air missile system to shoot down drones, and weather balloons, and birds flying into my air space.

and maybe a coke, pepsi, and dr. pepper soda machines

maybe a candy vending machine dispensing snickers, milky way, and mr. goodbars.

yeah......that's better.

man's gotta shoot, feel safe, drink soda, eat candy, and watch intruders get fried, and shot.

Just get vertical takeoff aircraft and end problem of needing at least 3/4 mile airstrip (1 mile would be best). A g5 will use 3/4 mile on most days unless you land at the very end (more like beginning).
 
I already have a 1 mile underground range staked out. Yes, the height necessary will be included. Technically not underground, just excavated for dirt to be piled up on both sides like a lane then install a roof.
