Found a treasure

When I retired from the military I sold cars for a local dealership for years. When I had enough of that business I found a great job at a LGS. Through the years I bought and sold a lot of guns- my passion. Today I went into a foot locker in the spare bedroom and low and behold in a plastic gun case that I thought was empty was a FN FNH 45. Gun was still in plastic bag and all oiled up. Got it all cleaned and went to my favorite rock quarry and put 100 rounds thru it. I am thrilled! I wanted a new gun and had one all along! When I purchased it I was probably hiding to from my better half and just forgot about it. When she seen it today she asked me if it was a new gun, I didn't lie, i said no I've had this for years!

I will say this, covered in oil in a plastic bag, in a plastic box, in the dark untouched and given no love you should be ashamed of yourself.
