I think it would depend on how much back support you need. I have a ComfortTac belly band that I like a lot. It happens to be more stretchable than some and the back support is somewhat limited.

The Galco looks like the mid portion might be less stretchable than the elasticized ends and would probably offer a more firmer support.

I find my belly band to be very comfortable to wear and conceals my weapon very well. The only problem, or maybe I should say complaint, is that after an hour or so I tend to start sweating under the band, so I find I have to wear it over a t-shirt. I might have to take a closer look at the Galco.

The one type of holster I’ve yet to try. Idk why but just the idea of it around my belly doesn’t sound comfortable.
