Gear Up Promo Problems

Anyone having issues getting your Gear Up approval? I bought a Hellcat Pro end of year and site claimed it was not part of the Gear Up promo. Which is incorrect. Checking here because Springfield will not answer me. Thanks y'all

I bought an AR, SW, MP, supposed to get a free red dot. Took pictures of everything, sales receipts, this and that,never got my red dot

I specifically bought this pistol because of the promo. I think Springfield is awesome. I am in no way trying to tear them down. I just wish they would stand behind what they say they're going to do.

I just applied and was approved on the saint comformation, email stated up to 12 weeks

You need to call customer service/support. They'll get you taken care of, one way or another. 1-800-680-6866.

Hopefully they will see this thread and stand up and do the right thing. Maybe.

Don't email, call customer service as @Mr.W. said just before this post. They don't respond very well to emails, that's my experience.
