Great 2A Author

One of the things that tires me is to listen to emotional arguments by anti gun folks.

If you are interested in reading and learning authoritative arguments and responses to the anti gunners, you should consider picking up a copy of The Right to Bear Arms - A Constitutional Right of the People or a Privilege of the Ruling Class by Stephen P. Halbrook. His research has been used by SCOTUS in several other court cases and is being used in the current case being heard.

He is the author of a number of books on the subject going back to the early 1980s.

Great! I have one of his books: Freedmen, The Fourteenth Amendment, and the Right to Bear Arms. Have read some of his law articles. We can thank him for a great deal of the legal scholarship that has breathed life back into the Second Amendment over the last 30 years or so. I second your endorsement!
