Gun Review: Tisas Tank Commander 9mm 1911

Nice review of the Tisas Tank Commander series 1911. This review is on the 9mm variant, and yes. @KillerFord1977 it’s made in Turkey…..😬

🤣🤣😎😎🤪🤪

You do know SA imported their 1911 parts (frames & slides) from Brazil for decades…and the majority of their non-1911 pistols now come from Croatia…

Just sayin’…
IMBEL if I remember right on there early 1911’s frames slides and barrel, do you remember the 2-piece barrel they had on the early Mil Specs also

Oh, Brazil makes super fine Imbel FAL’s….

Turkey sucks !!! … 😎🤪

If some want a USA-made 1911 USGI variant then Auto Ordnance makes full-sized & Commander (Tanker) versions, albeit at a higher price than the Turkish versions.

I don't have any experience with their 1911s, but my Tisas Fatih 13 (Beretta 84 clone) has been 100% reliable. Fit and finish are much better than I expected for the price. If I were in the market for a 1911, I'd be willing to consider a Tisas.

i have the .45 ACP..

darned good, well built 1911.

for the money, a very good starting point for a newbie to get, practice with, and then go up the scale for others, from various makers.

i hear @KillerFord1977 was seen at a clandestine LGS, and, with a savvy salesman, @KillerFord1977 , put in his order for a pallets worth of Tisas 1911's...that's about 400 guns, from T.U.R.K.E.Y.

he be a good man, dat he is......... 🙋‍♂️
