gunstocks in the wood

Have anyone replaced their factory wood or custom rifle, shotgun with a wood stock? I've ordered a Boyd's stock and should be here Thursday and post a pic. The action should be in by the end of this month and the Mcgowen by who knows when? I wanted wood since it is so elegant instead of cold bead steel/aluminum/or variant. This isn't a prs use gun, but will/should be accurate if all goes well? I'm looking for a second stock for another build in a savage110la cip mag length(3.850") and have been a difficult search for that specific mag size. The 3.715" acics are a bit easier to find. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated!

I've only replaced a polymer stock to wood stock on my Ruger Mini-14 but it was a factory wood stock so there was no issues.

Hope yours works out.
The stock looks great, but does need some work! Bottom metal mag cut out is half finished:( and action holes are rough. I'm waiting on stocky's for my steel action pillars before I go any further. Most likely waiting on the barrel before doing any further work. I'm going to use some plastigauge for better inlet contact points for high and low visuals.
