I don't care for grip safeties. I like the fact that it is a hammer model. I have several Shields that are nice shooters. This seems to carry on that tradition.

I thought you have 1911's?

I dislike the grip/angle. It looks like the EZ models. The Shields feel better to me.

It is based on the EZ models, has the easy rack slide, just the mags are different

I bought my dear old dad an EZ380 ( before they came out with the 9). He loves it and it has been problem free. Least I could do since he gave me three 1911s since he couldn't rack the slides anymore.
