Handy dandy little toolkit

Pro Digy II

Professional
I was at the LGS/Range the other day and needed a couple wrenches to undo some M-Lok things. One of the LGS employees popped up a nice little toolkit, containing everything SIG firearms could use, including a torque wrench that goes as high as needed for the Tango mounts, 3-4 different Hex Heads that are needed to take the Spear apart and a few others useful Torx bits, mallet heads and punches... All-in-one to keep in the bag, pretty great stuff and compact. I'm sure many here have something similar, but this one is made by Fix It Sticks, and since I'm a demonstrated under-tooled savage with no patience, that one is going to serve me well.

A little pricey at $180 but at this stage in your life, what else are you going to spend your hard earned money on but toys? That is my wife's saying BTW, never argue with your better half :)

Get these. I’ve had a set for 25+ years…

Fix its are pricey for sure, especially when the torque/limiters are added. Having "centerless" ground drivers is better than plain old drivers for firearms. They offer "goofy" items like flashlight and bottle opener attachments. The fix it torque drivers/limiters are more compact than the Wheeler "fat wrenches". I do have 2 Fix It torque drivers and Fat torque wrench and use what is best for what's needed at hand (larger or smaller needs). If those serve you purpose and use all or most of what is in the purchase, then it's money well spent!
