Yes it has, with the newer powder & the Sig "steel" case head tech.

Dan right they have changed yes and maybe not fur the better. They got them them lil nipple hugger caps now. But what ya going to do you run outa them lil nipple huggers, even ifn you got all the kead and powder you csn carry. I will tell you what you will do, nothing that's what you will do. You gonna starve or get ur topknot lifted.
Now with a good flintlock just about anyone can find a rock that will do... and anyone can make powder.
That's why this un going to be flinter all the way.
Lol change always happens sometimes slow sometimes fast and not everyone buys in.

I'm still waiting on a phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range. But I'll settle for a phaser.
