Can you imagine the cartel bosses face when they show up with millions of rounds of the .22 it says they stole ?

The Cartels are no joke. They have many times over a bigger budget than the country.
Same with firepower. Their ruthless torture and bloodletting controls any area they
want to control. They can buy or extract intelligence at will. Some of the first person
accounts of Cartel activity will make you vomit. I feel sorry for the decent Mexican people,
it's worse than a guerrilla war.
