I suspect their designs will still be done in Germany…

Sounds like mainly stuff that can only be sold here, and a lot easier to manufacture here for sale (see: 922R, GCA68 restrictions) are going to be made here.

HK45/T/C/CT’s are already made here.

One of the top LE pistol trainers in the nation, Darryl Bolke, has mentioned several times that the HK LEM trigger makes the HK's one of the best of the "people management" trigger systems. It's not ideal for top tier gaming, but when lives and millions of dollars in liability is at stake, it's an excellent tool.
