hellcat trigger

I bought the Hellcat pro short time ago,and finally got to the range, this has a 6.5 to 7 lb trigger pull. I own several pistols and revolvers, this has by far the worst trigger on any of the other's I own. checked on a Timney gauge..I have run maybe 500-600 rounds thru it..Is it me or the norm..I have a M1A that has a crisp consistency @6.5 lb pull

I've heard/read Apex has a great trigger upgrade for it, but I've only use Timney's on my m&p's. My m&p 45 will be delivered today and replace the flat-face stock trigger with another Timney. Go online and watch some videos about hellcat w/Apex triggers. Some do a side by comparison of both.

You may want to call Springfield and ask what the trigger pull is supposed to be. Worth a shot.

I have a Hellcat Pro and I don't think mine is that hard of a pull. To me the trigger feels a lot like a Glock trigger and I shoot the Pro and my G19 regularly. It did feel better after it broke in but at your round count that should be done.

Could be worse, it could be @KillerFord1977 's canic. Glock triggers are not as bad as people say...... ask me how I know. My p226 trigger is worse than my Glocks. But, I'm upgrading to the SRT.
