Hellion Disassembly Help

Hey all, new here.

I've looked at a few videos online for how to disassemble the Hellion. My big hangup is step one -- Removing the butt stock. After pushing the pin out as far as it can go, I tug as much as I can and the stock still doesn't want to come out (it comes out slightly, then no further).

I've tried extending the stock all the way before trying to remove it, and I've tried doing the twist and pull -- Nada. Anyone else have any tips they can give me?
 
Wait till you try to remove the trigger pack. I will need to bring my Hellion to gunsmith to have my pack removed for cleaning at some point...mine's welded into the receiver (seemingly). My butt stock pops right out with a little back-n-forth twist and upward tug...sorry man.
 
Not to be a wet blanket, but the owners manual is your friend, just follow it, pin pushed out, stock extended all the way, and work it out as described in the text and accompanying pictures.
Mine took a little persuasion the first time apart, but go slowly, and be patient, and it'll break down.
If it gets you frustrated, STOP, get distracted with something else and come back in 15 or 20 minutes to start back at it.
But it will break down.
 
Hmm ... remove the pin and extend the butt stock fully. Now you have to grasp the stock and push it  UP 5° to pop it out! Don't try to pull it out.
