Missouri has a law with punitive repercussions for any state employee or official who attempts to enforce or aids feds in enforcing any unconstitutional gun law. SYG and Castle. Constitutional carry, preemption laws against civil liability for justifiable use of deadly force. What makes Wyoming better ?

Correction: Wyoming is about the best 2A State that I have been to.
