Hi Point AR-15 - the HP 15

Hi-Point's new HP-15 AR-15s will come in both 10.5" pistol and 16" rifle configurations and will be chambered in .300 BLK as well as 5.56. Best of all, Hi-Point's new line of AR-15's already has new configurations in the works and will be sold in either configuration for less than $500 in either configuration.

Cool lol . Now if they make a Glock copy I will buy both just to play with the heads of the people at my range. Some heads will explode in outrage and disdane when i say i finally got that Glock and AR they always tell me i need lol.

Now if I were in the market for a Military style rifle or carbine I’d want “Wood and Steel”. M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, M1A, or Mini-14.
I’m just an Old Retired Infantryman. The AR platform doesn’t get me excited anymore. That’s just me.

M1 carbine been my favorite for years. Seriously think at times on a mini 14. That or a para version M1.

I own a Mini 14 years ago. It was so much fun to shoot. Very reliable and there’s a huge market for accessories.

Yawn!!!! I’d be more interested in some new production M1 Garand’s and M1 Carbine and maybe 1903 Springfield’s and British SMLE that work to have one as a shooter that your not worried about collector value!

Like a Glock clone there are so many of those and other AR platforms what makes this stand out?

My Drill Sergeant battle buddy had a Sporterized 1903 his dad bought through the Sears catalog. That rifle was a tack driver

I have a mini-14 and it is my favorite rifle to shoot. I tinker with it. I put ultimak rail on it. I want to try a scout scope on it but shooting it with a cheap red dot is fun. I love the Garand action “clack clack”.
