I'd suggest a lube that still works in very low temps.

I would also think that if the operator was at the same temp as that C9, it would be a moot-point whether the pistol would work or not.

I feel bad for Hi-Point pistols. Reviewers seem to be extra careful with most other guns. Whenever a reviewer gets ahold of a Hi-Point, they immediately start torturing the thing and conducting obscure tests meant to inflict damage. I know the guns are ugly, but there's no need to be so rough.

Lube wouldnt matter, the operator would be dead by the time the gun froze over that much. If they werent they would have other, bigger problems. Not to mention, if you have the funds to go to a place that cold you would likely have a different choice of arms.
