Hirtenberger 7.62x51 AP

Have a M1-A. Acquired some Hirtenberger armor piercing rnds made in Austria left over from the cold war. Haven't had a chance to shoot any just yet. Anyone out there have any knowledge or used any of this particular ammunition?

I believe this particular lot is somewhere between 82/86. Haven't had a chance to check em out just yet. Thanks for the response.

I wouldn't waste it shooting at paper and save some of it for the approaching apocalypse!
