I have an XD-9 9MM 4” with a mounted TRL7A. I can not find a single holster that accommodate this light setup. Anyone has some input?

Have you looked at SafariLand? If you can’t figure out there website call them, very good customer service.
You may also have to have something custom made but be ready for a long wait.

Tucker Gunleather. On Point Holsters, veteran owned. Blackpoint Tactical. All of them will make you one if they don't have it on the shelf, but you may have to wait. Also some larger gun shops have the presses to make a kydex holster using your gun and light right there in the shop. Precision Tactical in Crestview Florida can make it while you wait,there are a number of shops around the country who can do this.

Safariland was a good recommendation. Falco holsters likely also will have what you need as well or can make it for. Just know it’s from out of country a d they make it, so it’s gonna take awhile to get to you.

Try MTR Custom Leather. They make almost anything for any combination in any carry mode. I have several holsters from them and all are high quality and sturdy.
