Honing your Situational Awareness To A Razors Edge

Some good information here

"...What did he see that scared him so badly? I looked him right in the eye and smiled. He knew that I knew and that I was prepared to deal with him..."

Pretty much perfected that smile and look while teaching high school for 16 yrs. Sneaky-a$$ 9th graders are the ones you really gotta watch. 😎

Or working 60+ hours a week in the most violent section of the most violent city in the country for the last 10 years.
You definitely get a much better perspective on how some people are total animals that have zero care or compassion for other people and will hurt you or end your life in a heartbeat for the stupidest reasons be it for money, hood respect, or even instagram fame.

This is a hard concept for most people who have had no real life experience with this to fully understand.

Wearing level IIIA soft armor while digging holes in the street to provide vital services to the public sucks.

Most people (me included sometimes) get too comfortable and relax their situational awareness. We need to stay alert.
Definitely good advice!

It's all too common for today's regular society to just stare down at our phones while sitting in a parking lot, waiting in line, or just hanging somewhere out in public to see a potential threat before it's too late.
