This should get shot down. This was touched in but a pro I ate 2A Attorney on a show here.
There are court cases where folks can have a firearm in a home with a family member living there that has a felony AS LONG as the prohibited person is proven to not have Constructive possession IE it’s stored in a locked safe with say biometric access or a combo the felon doesn’t have etc.
This is also why if someone’s “felony” was not forcible and say involved killing/hurting a person on purpose once your out of jail and off supervised release they should be a Canadate to have all your rights restored.
If they seriously hurt or killed a person then they don’t get a second chance or out of prison other than a case overturned!
