I don’t see how pardoning could benefit 2A advocates, he needs to be incarcerated for some time, and not get a free ride cause his name is Biden, if any one of us was found guilty if the same thing, we sure as he77 wouldn’t get a pardon

Biden has already very publicly said he will stand by the verdict and he won’t pardon his son. I rarely believe things he says, but I believe this.

My prediction is Hunter will get probation, which is probably in line with what anyone else who isn’t already a felon would get. After his probation is served he will have his felony expunged. Which is also something anyone else could do.

You also wouldn’t get any jail time. In fact it’s pretty likely you wouldn’t even have been prosecuted. Unless it was because of something else having to do with the gun. Such as your 6 year old son taking it to school and shooting his teacher.
