I call this my grass cutting gun Cobra .38 Derringer

When I cut my yard during summer months I throw this little Derringer .38 stack barrel in my pocket just to be armed outside.That is the only time I carry it.

I have what I call my 8 shot Derringer
It's a pocket .380 for 2 hot summer mo. in cut-off shorts and T-shirt around town , it's a 9mm around the yard in a open carry state .40 all other times

Anytime I'm outside doing yardwork, or jogging in the neighborhood, I have a Ruger LCP II in a Sticky Holster in my pocket. It wouldn't be my ideal gun to fight with, but I think it will be enough to get me by until I can make it to a bigger gun or escape the situation.

Wow, I'm glad I live in a neighborhood where I don't feel the need to be armed when I cut the grass or do yard work.

When my wife cuts the lawn, I'm inside watching baseball. I use my iPhone to text her of potential danger.
