What MSM doesn't tell you is that quite a few of these illegal immigrants are criminals on the run from the law in their home country. They come here and go right back to their old ways. Knowing how lenient the American justice system is just makes them that much bolder.
Some are sent here by the cartels for the express purpose of setting up new operations here.
And many, who just came here in search of a better life, are turning to crime just so they can eat.
The news media is now starting to report on how bad the illegal problem is in this country because its become relevant to their ratings. Bear in mind that its much worse than they say.
The situation has gotten completely out of hand. Only severe and drastic action has any chance of helping. Of course, that'll send the liberals into hissy fits. So its very unlikely. 🤬

Not really. It’s not a wall in the sense Trump’s 30’ walls were walls. It is a moveable section of barrier of some type and is not very tall. What it is is a not so subtle plea to the democrats in Chicago and New York to please STFU about the illegal immigrant crisis in their cities leading up to the election.
 
I predict that when next year's election cycle gets rolling, republicans are gonna be harping hard on the illegal alien problem and how the dems caused it. I also predict that this will get them a lot of votes. Its gonna be a key issue in next years election.
 
Unfortunately with Chicago and it’s the original sanctuary city moniker (late ‘90’s), the issue wasn’t pushed or factored enough leading up to last Novembers election and the ignorant who are now blasting the manufactured problem have to deal with Marxist(s) demanding more money - not less migrants showing up for the next couple years.
Someone pointed out that many of the South Americans are fleeing socialism and will likely be voting against US Democrat socialism, hence will likely be the first deported or denied entry. The cellphone handouts were likely “trackers” rather than humanitarian aid.

Mayors of NYC Adams already down there, and Chicago Johnson plans to go down across the border to plead their overcrowding problems. For what? To tell desperate foreigners from 160 countries to stay out? If MX or any SA country was serious about immigration they would be the ones closing their borders. Ours were shut…until Dems changed that.
(And why in the frick if I wanted to, I need a $160 passport to travel ?)

What are these optics trips, stunts going to cost taxpayers, tens of thousands to hob knob with the other political swells after a 10 minute photo-op on the border.

Nobody in the accepting, tolerant political circles have yet to suggest these folks be offered money to go back since the conditions here seem worse than what they left …and it’s not even winter yet here.
