I'm afraid he needs "whacking" with something a little more substantial than a newspaper. It seems today's newspapers are pretty much just 'hot air'!!!

That's the hell of it ... he's not confined anywhere. He's out and among sane people!!! And I just read yesterday IIRC, he's now wanting to become either some other dog, or some completely different animal. I didn't read the story with too much attention to detail, but he is in the market for a change.

They showed video of “it” on Gutfeld last night. He spent $14,000 on that costume. He wants to be something else now because it’s too hard to walk like a dog. He was scaring the crap out of dogs nearby. Apparently he has more money than brains, and he desperately needs meds.

In the US, Inpatient psych beds are less than 25% of what they were in the 1950’s, population has more than doubled in that same time period. Look around and it’s pretty easy to see that perhaps we shouldn’t have cut back on inpatient care quite so much….
