Kind of a solution in search of a problem.
My dad was a butcher from 17 years old until he retired so my whole life I pretty much been boning out deer on the bed of the truck out in the woods. Not many places to plug in an air compressor out there.
Takes about an hour and I take home bags of steaks and roasts instead of a carcass. The only thing I have to do after I get home is wash it and put it in freezer bags.
