With very few exceptions, the days and sometimes weeks I spend researching all the available options has served me well. It also helps if you already have holsters from a specific maker and like them and know what to expect.

I got rid of all my kydex holsters which reduced the contents of my holster box. I no longer keep holsters for pistols that I no longer own.

Holsters is not my cup of tea. Functional. I buy a nice one and is what it is.
