well. There was this old habit, back in the day, which I did not participate in, that had folks fire sky ward on July 4. Glad that has now been stopped. Mishandling firearms, archery, dangerous tools, etc. is like mishandling relationships, it isn't good for anyone, can have serious consequences and always has a bad ending.

I've often said and truly believe that every American citizen is afforded 2nd Amd rights unless and until they themselves forfeit that right. This is a truly righteous example of someone forfeiting that right ... not to mention forfeiting his freedom to move at will within a civilized society.
