An ATF leader's job title was changed from 'chief diversity officer' to 'senior executive' this week

Yes, I see a firing coming up soon….

If you look, I think you'll find that the employee took a lateral transfer to an open position to keep from being fired for no cause.

The people who work at ATFE are just like other employees. They have a job, they follow their job description and they fulfill their duties as indicated in the budget passed by Congress. This is true of most Federal employees. They are not drooling devils just waiting to do you harm.

And being afraid to compete fairly with non-white workers. I can't write the word that describes that, but you can probably guess what it is.

Negative. I am a federal employee. That woman had not yet lost her job. All those people that work in DEI positions were just placed on leave with pay. No one has lost their federal job yet. That woman doesn't even qualify to be considered a federal displaced employee yet, because she still has a job, in a leave with pay status. Trump had already placed a federal hiring freeze in place. That "open" position should have been none-fillable at this time because of the hiring freeze. And if this position "might" have fallen into the category of national security and not be part of the hiring freeze, then this woman would have had to compete with all the other applicants for this job. This woman getting this position is extremely "fishy", and more than likely illegally attained.

That's how things used to work. You're a long way from the dictator following the rules.

But I believe the suspension letter had "pending dismissal" in it.

Let's just wait to see what happens between what you think you know, and what you don't know. Her new position was not attained legally. I don't think she will be in that position very long. And rightfully have that position be rescinded.
