Just bought a 911 9mm. Still waiting for the paperwork to clear so I haven't shot it yet. Trying to determine the best Defensinve and Range ammo for it and am wondering what other 911 shooters have found effective. Ran into a test of Corbon's DPX that looks pretty impressive.
Then I went and read the manual on the 911 on this site. The manual states NOT to use +P with the .380 version but no mention of it for the 9mm. Anybody know if +P is OK in this firearm?

The reason they say .380+P is not ok is because there is no SAAMI specification for .380+P...so it can be anything the manufacturer wants it to be, from just a slightly warm .380 load, to dangerously over pressure.
9mm+P, however, does have a SAAMI specification...so it should be good to go.
