Is this an attempted execution?

WOW!!!! Turns lights on , puts hands in the air , opens door and steps out , asks whats up , and gets lit up !!

They tried but were unable to make contact 17 min. after the call came in yet 6 hours later they were able to toss a camera drone through what looked like an unlocked door to wake the bad guy up.

I see nothing wrong with this series of events.... 🤬

Stuff like this has happened…well, likely forever in the history of law enforcement…and they’ve been very very good at covering it up until now, when cameras are getting pointed at them.

And boy, do they NOT like it.
i have been "pro-cameras" all over the place, for years now, and as that terrible beatdown in Memphis showed, they are worth thier weight in gold.

here, the ACLU doesn't want public cameras, as it's "some sort of invasion of privacy", to which i say BS, once you step foot on the sidewalk or street, you are in out in public, NOT private, like in your home.

the police can go thru your garbage to looks for evidence, if it's in the street on garbage day, and don't need a search warrant, since it is "out in public", so here again, cameras all over the place are a help to everyone, and (to me) keeps everyone aware they are being recorded.

Disturbing nonetheless, goes without saying.

Looks like a wrong address situation, and/or “swatting” incident (late night shots fired 911 call is not necessarily a ‘warrant’ in that such a 911 creates a exigent circumstance, so delays have not been addressed. Did he know it was the police, was he coherent enough, and why in the heck hold something, anything in your hand?

The guy, according to his video cam showed he was not in any hurry or distress to find out WTF is going on with all the noise in his abode, in fact took a moment to light a cigarette. Ticked off, yeah, he never expected that whoever was doing the banging was any bad guy burglar he was willing to open his door to, so the element of him knowing or believing it was police is established.

Very much could be an LE overreaction but only in regards to whats on the video - in my opinion. This shouldn't be an assessment of any potential red flag, confiscation or questionable firearms possession infraction.

I would not want to be in either position…LE or citizen.

Unfortunately this man's race will prevent the national media from expressing the outrage this situation warrents unless maybe he hires Ben Crump to represent him. I suspect in the end Mr. Kloepfer will be living in a much better house at the Cherokee County's expense. Hear's an update that some may find even more disturbing:

Based on this evidence, those police shots were not justified in this scenario. Regardless of what brought the police to his door.

Locally 3 officers shot a suicidal man brandishing a weapon. Suicide by cop?

Looks like a case of mistaken identity or wrong address, then a cover-up of some sort.

First thing that came to mind was a botched police execution of a "no-knock" search warrant at a wrong address that led to police officers being shot by the homeowner. If I remember correctly, four officers entered the residence and all four were immediately shot as intruders by the homeowner. Three of the officers collapsed in the front yard due to suffering gunshot wounds. The homeowner was arrested and charged with various crimes, but the judge later threw the case out as the homeowner was protecting his castle from invaders.

The best part of the video is towards the end when one cop can be heard pointing at the monitor saying,"we're f@cked!" He knew right then, there was no way outta this.
