I just googled it. After all these years. lol

Turns out the producers couldn't get the licensing agreement for anything off LZ 4.

Jimmy Page is a notorious for not being agreeable to licensing agreements for movies or sampling. Probably explains why Kashmir is one of the only LZ songs I've ever heard sampled in another song. The other one is "The Ocean" which The Beastie Boys sampled in something or other. "She's Crafty" I think.
