By IWI I assume you mean IWB. In which case it's hard to beat a Crossbreed Mini Tuck.

Greetings from Pennsylvania. Although I do not have an XDS, my go-to holsters are made by Aker Leather and I also have an IWB holster made by Muddy River Tactical which I love. I have been looking at holsters made by Wright Leatherworks as well. I'm sure any of the aforementioned can or do make a holster for you. Just my two cents...

Welcome from Minnesota. I don't have an XDS either. I carry a Hellcat and have tried several brands now, so far my favorite IWB holsters are from Vedder and Tulster. I just ordered one for an M&P9 2.0 from Muddy River Tactical. Every body is different, so what's good for me may not work for you. I have had to try quite a few different ones and am still looking for that "perfect" fit...if it even exists. Give any of these companies a try, they all seem to make good products. Good luck!
