Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Want To Destroy the Second Amendment

There is no doubt that if Biden wins this election we will see, at the very least, gun control legislation similar to the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994. Whether or not Biden could get such legislation passed and if it would be upheld by the Supreme Court remains to be seen. Fortunately there was a sunset provision in that 1994 bill and it expired in 2004. Along with that federal bill there were also many local and state gun bills that were passed during that time. I remember having to get a permit from the sheriff’s office every time I bought a handgun. I don’t miss those days.
 
Yep although Joe stated he knows where they went wrong with that bill and the new bill will compensate for those deficiencies. I don't know about you but it scares the hell out of me! Maybe there won't be a sunset clause this time maybe we'll have to get a new president in there and he'll have to go through an untie all the crap that they put forth. If they can!
