It’s worth mentioning that the .275 Rigby is just a British equivalent of the 7x57 Mauser. The 7x57 is not so popular in the US, but it is still a very popular cartridge in Germany. It was Bell‘s favorite hunting cartridge. I have an old German drilling chambered in 7x57/.22 hornet/16 Gauge. I hunted with it when I lived in and really grew to like that 7x57.
