Lost War of Independence POW camp found

During its two-year history, a disease described in memoirs from the time as “camp fever” claimed the lives of some 1,500 prisoners, many of them buried in the valley near the camp.

i hope there is some sort of gated or fenced off area of the graves, and maybe a plaque in thier memory.

interesting story, i too never knew about this, nor even gave it any thought.
