If it’s the urban I’m thinking of…it’s basically woodland pattern but in white, black and gray.

It's likely a "hydro-dipped" pattern, but a skilled cerakoter should be able to replicate it.

That’s a commercial print, but I can’t recall who it is by…it’s not kryptek, maybe?

There's several patterns that would be suitable for a "urban" environment.
That "urban" pattern would also work well in the winter.
But would stick out, outside the "concrete" jungle.
The two USGI stocks I have are painted (before Hydro-dipping) in woodland and a desert pattern.
