M1A Kryptek Highlander Optic

I recently purchased the M1A, Kryptek Highlander and want a functional Optic and have no idea what to purchase. I want some magnification and want something for medium range....I do have the free scope mount but prefer to use the provided weapons rail...
Any Suggestions?

A vortex 1x6 or similar magnification from another scope maker would be a nice choice. 1x for the close in stuff, and up to 6x to reach out.
i have a 1x6 on an AR platform and enjoy it for close to medium.
My bolt action Deer rifles run a 3x9 for med to long range.

If you have enough space on whatever weapons rail that SA put on that model I'd suggest a low-mid range variable handgun/IER scope like on my Scout, a Burris 2-7x handgun scope.
