Big problem. I just bought a Springfield M1A National Match. Windage spot on. Elevation 3 inches low at 50 yards . Go to the 100 yard line to correct elevation and cranking the “elevation knob” on the left does nothing. Read book again. It says to turn the hood on the rear peep. It doesn’t move. Go back and crank elevation knob and raise blood pressure. How do I raise the elevation on my Springfield M1A National Match??
