MAC-5 in 9mm copy of HK - worth it?

Turkish? They make good MP5 clones.

Considering that’s about 1/3 what a real HK runs…if it’s reliable, and you want a shooter but don’t want to pay another grand for the H, and a second for the K…it’s a viable option.

I know both of my MKE copies run great…

I’ve been running an Obsidian 45 on my AP5 and AP5P and they are remarkably quiet. It’s hard not to feel like a bada$$ shooting them.

Mine runs like a scalded ape.

Bear in mind any good MP5 or Clone “pistol” will need a nice $200 SBR stamp to “jazz it up”

I have seen a lot of positive reviews for the Mac 5 on HKPro. It’s funny how fickle people are though. MKE and clones I. general (particulary Turkish one’s) get a lot of agg on HKPro from purists and non-purists alike, but the Mac 5 has so far avoided any derision and has been generally welcomed. We’ll see what happens when the first one malfunctions…

Pistols right handed. Left eye. Can shoot pistols left handed
Rifles , left handed, left eye

Rifles and shotguns sans optics, left. Anything with an optic right.
