You have one with $8.99 in shipping.
No, you picked (1) mag and are getting charged $8.99 for shipping, making your total for that ONE mag $16.98.You seen my screen shot. They are over $12 bucks each. Not $7.99
That $16.99 total was for one mag.
Let's look at the screenshot again... LOL it's $12.30 for one magazine. Once the PMAG discount code is applied it takes off $4.31. So it doesn't matter if it's subtracted from the PMAG itself or the shipping. The mag delivered in your hand is $16.98.No, you picked (1) mag and are getting charged $8.99 for shipping, making your total for that ONE mag $16.98.
They are still in fact $8/mag with the discount code.

This one seems like a lost cause. Have a good day bud. Try not to eat too many crayons.
And that is what I said in the OP!!You seen my screen shot. They are over $12 bucks each. Not $7.99
That $16.99 total was for one mag.
You have to order 10 total to get the $7.99 price.
It's a good deal if you need 10 mags. But if you need one or two. It's better to just go to your local shop.
I think the Gen2's are still in production.I think I’ve seen the Gen 2 PMag for $7-8.00 range time to time for a couple years now on various sites. It’s surprising the G2 is still plentiful since Gen3 has been out for almost 3 yrs.
Clearing remaining stockpiles of these older versions may be at its end, a good ploy to move old inventory is half price of MSRP…and they still make $$$.
Notable is that the ’compliance’ G3-10 rounder prices (10/$120‘s) are comparable to the G3-30’s.
As more and more places are putting limits on capacities and sales falling under more bureau scrutiny, any magazine purchasing I’ll doing is going to be a cash transaction.
I think you are worked up over nothing. I simply made other members aware that it had to be 10 mags in total to get the $7.99 deal. And that is what I said in the OP!!

I said free shipping on 10, if you use code "pmag" then they will be $7.99 each, 10 for $80. I did not say anything about the price of one or two, did I??? That was your assumption that with one that the price was still $7.99. I also did not say anything about the tax because anybody's tax is different per your state.
Last week I stopped at Wendy's and got a Biggie Bag. It was $5 plus $0.35 tax, total $5.35. I gave the girl a ten dollar bill and a one dollar bill. the girl tried to hand me back the $1 bill telling me that the $10 bill covered it. I told her to just ring it up.
So I got a $5 bill and $0.65 back. I think we have a similar situation here. View attachment 35807
Palmetto has a practice of selling items at dealers cost. They can do this because they have large purchasing power. They can buy wholesale at a lower cost than most dealers. And selling them at what it cost other dealers often hurts the average local FFL. Because people will buy where it's cheaper and bypass the local shop.I think I’ve seen the Gen 2 PMag for $7-8.00 range time to time for a couple years now on various sites. It’s surprising the G2 is still plentiful since Gen3 has been out for almost 3 yrs.

This is the copy & paste off of the link I put up. I think you should look at the blue area, what does it say?I think you are worked up over nothing. I simply made other members aware that it had to be 10 mags in total to get the $7.99 deal.
Because when you go to the Palmetto State website it doesn't tell you that. Even in your link it don't. So I was clarifying the amount needed.
So, as a member goes to get one or two mags and that outrageous shipping charge is applied, I was letting the members know about the total cost.
It's like if I sell you a car for $500 bucks. But charge you $8,000.00 in a delivery fee. Did you buy the car for $500.00? No, you bought the car for $8,500.00.
I don't want or need PMAGS. I was making sure other members knew that your post of ten was the only way to get the $7.99 price.
