I've never received a single response to any of the 4 or 5 emails I sent to SA over the last few years.every email, i get a response in a "day or 2".
if it were super important, then i'd call, but for a build date, meh.......

Also, I've had 3 phone calls to SA support where they told me they would have to get back to me and I've never heard from them again. Don't know why???
you only have 3 discounts still to take..??After 3 phone calls I still can't get my SA Store account fixed since they messed up everyone's account. It won't send me the email to reset my password nor will it let me create a new account.
Every CSR I have talked to says my account is there and it's fine. They say I have an email on file it will send me the reset email, it doesn't, even when the CSR resets it (yes I've checked the spam folder). So they tell me I have to create a new account but their system won't let me because it says the my email address is already in use. DAH!
SA sends me emails all the time and a couple CSRs have also sent me emails to check my address and I receive that fine. That's when the tell me they'll have to get back to me.
I don't want to loose the account completely because it has 3 discount codes associated with it I want to use.

yes, that's what i got. i thought it strange (but did not question) that i was buying a truckload (oops, the ATF looking..???) of Springfield's and the discounts were not matching the purchases...Received same email the other day stating I still had 5 discount codes and even supplied them to me
i didn't even get the target...but anytime i buy a RIA..??Btw ... returning to the original subject, I checked my Hellcat Pro box and all the paperwork in it. Nothing has any date on it. No fired casing included either, just a small target with 4 bullet holes in it.
I guess calling SA is the only recourse.
