50 yrds with a 9mm depending an barrel length is easy peasy. Out to 100 it's challenging depending on ammo selection and barrel length. Up that 9mil to a 357sig going 100 it's easy even in high wind. 40s&w, 10mm and some 45acp rounds are obtainable out to 100. Magnum or other near mag rounds are a good choice also, at least with a 5" or more barrel length. I'm not stating 1 can't do it with a shorter barrel it's just more time consuming. I like taking 50 or more yard shots for fun and practice for a what the hell-of-a time shot.
