Matt Gaetz as AG and Tulsi Gabbard as DNI

I'm ready for the fun to begin.

RINOs are already whispering behind closed doors that they won't vote to confirm Gaetz.

I don't believe Tulsi's road to Damascus change one GD bit. Of course, Trump had to give her something or she would have turned on Trump like she turned on Biden.
We'll see what she does. She didn't turn on Biden, the Democrat Party turned on her. While I don't entirely trust her, as she is a politician, I don't agree with her on some things, but, I do respect her. She is more of a centrist, and has no problem challenging people on things. Watch how she handled Kamalalala during the primaries.

There was major "tell" when Trump & KB where sitting together in front of the fireplace.

The flames were turned up to "rocket" level.

I can agree with most of the selections but Tulsi is not one of them. Even if she has found the true way, she is a mismatch for ODNI. Her background is MP in the USAR and her battalion command was in the 95 training division for an MP One station Unit training unit. She was a congress critter but she doesn't know the "buildings" as we say to dig into the works and get it changes. ODNI is a phony umbrella HQ for the 16 or whatever intell agencies and they will all be gunning for her. If her mission is to disband the thing, then great, but I don't think she's up to it even if the office stays around. My personal thought is that when she speaks in an interview she is very circumspect. She really needs to be strong and forthcoming. I give her six months.

I think Tulsi is a refreshing challenge to the bureaucracy. Her heart is in the right place and Trump will back her to the end. Having worked in and around the intel community, the working level folks are patriots with a serious sense of mission. The leadership of those agencies with their propensity for fiefdoms and turf wars is another matter. They are competing for resources. I have heard career intel managers say they are permanent, the appointees are temporary. Having multiple intel agencies is a good thing because you NEVER want all that intel apparatus in one agency-it is far too much power in one place, but you need a leader who can make them work together toward a common goal. It remains to be seen if Tulsi has the steel to deal with the swamp critters. She will need a sharp axe.

JMHO had T.G. been given a seat at the Brandon table, she would still be goose stepping right along with the rest of the leftist just like she always did. She is NOT like Reagan, where the party left her. She got Gilligan-ized aka cast away. Cat fight between her and Hilder beast? Her epiphany is calculated to get her on step closer to the Resolute desk, nothing more. If her new and improved Tulsi is real, go back to Hawaii for 2-3 years and try to fix that mess. Succeed or fail she would have earned her bones. A lot of us would take her "conversion" more seriously.

i saw the senate clowns already busting his chops
while he would not have been my 1st pick...it is what it is
AG is a tough job, to be handled on a balancing wire..he is far from balanced imo
i second mrs habba

Tulsi on the other hand, i like watching her speak, she always has conviction, grace and dead on accurate , even when she tells you your a DA, she smiles
and she is not hard on the eye balls like some in DC
curious about FBI director ???? pull some agent from the field...not dc that actually understands what the FBI is supposed to do.
