Changed the factory wood checkered to the Magpul 1911 polymer non skid panels. Seems to have a better “resistance”. I like the large mag release cut out

Sweet! I’m entertaining changing mine out just taking my time to find what (pops) for me.

I am still better with the 1911
I just like the muscle memory of it over the sig
I still can shoot very well with the Sig 220, but I’m a smidge better with the Springfield
