Thanks.

I just fired off a copy of that to & asked my state AG if those audits were going to happen in my state.
I suspect it is/was a fishing expedition. They are suing the state of Missouri over the SAPA, to which our governor and AG told them to pound sand. They were threatened with withholding federal funds and we told them to pound sand. I think they just wanted to see if they would get cooperation from any Missouri Sheriffs.

This lawsuit is going to be interesting too. The crux of it is whatever the clause is that says the US constitution trumps state constitutions. Though nothing in the SAPA is unconstitutional. They will argue federal law trumps state law. Which will open up every single state with legalized marijuana and every state, county or city with Immigration sanctuary laws.

My states' AG stands up against that crap.

Mr. Schmitt possesses an uncanny ability to identify and expound the truth. We need more people with conviction like his in office.
He won the republican primary for Roy Blunt's seat handily. Which means he's virtually guaranteed to win it in November. He sued schools who violated the state law against mask mandates and ushered the SAPA into law and has steadfastly supported it. I hope our next AG is as much of a bulldog as he is.

Obviously we need more of that type of attitude and attention from AG’s across the country, that was a very well written letter. The AG here in Kentucky is a (R) and stands by our rights so I don’t see the FBI pulling that nonsense here in the Commonwealth. Unfortunately what this shows is there are government agencies that will do anything to flex their muscles and try to 💩 on our rights.
Sadly I see this as just the beginning as this country and some delusional elected officials try to tell us what’s best for us, standing together we can stop this in elections and then in the courts.
