I'm in a little town with no know cases and we are still wearing masks into stores and such just trying to do are part. We do need to get back to normal as soon as possible but there are thing we need to do to keep it from coming back around. If we let are guard down it will hit harder. Now they are saying that it might hit again in the winter. Wonder how they figured that out.

Hopefully they get a vaccine for it soon. So it won't be as bad on the older people and such.

The flu shot doesn't guarantee no one will die from the flu. Everyone has different health issues/vulnerabilities and tolerances.

69% of the CV cases in my county are in the 20-39 age group. 13% in my age group of 60-69.

While it doesn't take much to put a really older person over the edge folks of all ages can go down when they can't handle whatever gets a hold of them.

And we're all going to go eventually.

Glad to hear it @Talyn. Michigan is still closed down and probably will be for some time. Went to WalMart yesterday to pick up meds in parking lot. Recommended that everyone wears masks. About 75% of people going in and out of store were not wearing masks.

In my county in Ohio, there are 68,000 people, so far 93 confirmed cases, 7 deaths. Not as bad as they said it was going to be, just got to keep fingers crossed that it doesn’t get any worse.

I'm in MD and talked to a gentleman in fatigues who would say only that he was a "department head" at Walter Reed, processing "thousands" of tests. He happened to be a customer of mine the other day, and I admit...I kinda grilled the guy a bit.

- this does not seem to be mutating (bonus for vaccine development)
- all of his numbers have been trending downward for nearly a week
- came right out and said "kids don't get hurt by this"
- reiterated the fact that coronaviruses are a common thing for us (colds come from them) - this is a new "strain" but not a new "family" or some whole new laboratory-created super-illness-weapon-thing
- he fully expects this whole thing to be over in 6-8 weeks.

Take from that what you will.

I just want to get my sound company back up and running and start doing some damned CONCERTS again. I wanna make some NOISE!!! (and...um...money...)
