I took my Christmas present, a Taurus G2C in 40 S&W to the range today. It definitely has some snappy recoil, very snappy, but I was still pleased with my accuracy shooting it. I only shot at 7 yards and didn’t stay long because the range was way too crowded for my liking. I guess a lot of people took this week for vacation because normally there are only a few people shooting at 1 PM on a weekday.

Snappy recoil, try a G27…..that will wake you up definitely
 
Not that anyone cares, I bought myself a new Midwest Industries flat-face 3.5lb single-stage drop-in trigger, a Magpul BAD lever, and a BCM Gen2 Gunfighter grip. After all the mods I bought for my budget AR (those listed here plus a bunch over the last 2 years), I could have purchased a new LWRC, or DD with an ACOG. As Homer would say, DOH!

I care buddy. Half or more of the fun of an AR is changing things that you like better. I am still tinkering with guns I bought a few years ago. I'm not sure any of them will ever be truly finished.

I was just working over a new lower a few minutes ago. I have a B5 P-23 grip on it now, but will be changing it to a BCM mod 3 which Wilson Combat rebrands with a starburst pattern. Waiting on a Strike Industries enhanced bolt catch. I have the PSA EPT trigger in it now ( which is damn nice ) but will be changing it to a Hiperfire EDT Designated Marksman most likely.

I have a few drop in triggers from James Madison Tactical that break around 3.5. They're really nice. Saber and Black Ops.
