I just got into guns recently. My first one was a simple Canik tp9sa mod2. Not bad for a cheap 9. For my next one, I wanted something a bit nicer. I went with a Springfield 1911 Loaded. What a beauty. The trigger feels absolutely fantastic. It just looks gorgeous, and I am far more accurate with it than the Canik.
That leads me to a question. Anybody else here have the paint wearing off at the ejection port? I have put 350 rounds through it so far, and the paint is already coming off under the ejection port. Also kind of bummed that I had to buy new magazines. The ones that came with it were pretty bad. Failure to feed left and right. They stick constantly. That was remedied with a couple of third party magazines though.
All in all its a nice gun, and I am in love with the 1911.
