My Shield SMSc on my Hellcat quit working

I went to replace the battery and the contact on the bottom fell out. I tried to put it back in and replaced the battery but all I have is a very faint red dot and sometimes nothing at all. Anybody else have this problem? Where do I get this fixed? Thanks!

Did it come with your Hellcat, if so get ahold of Springfield I would imagine

If Springfield can't help, you'll probably have to send it back to Shield in England for repair/replacement.

i have only ONCE and i mean once, tried shooting a gun with a red dot, green dot, whatever dot..

it was the RSO's gun.

i just did not like using it.
